Search within this categoryThere are 2 possible solutions to this. You either have to make sure to select the right timezone when importing your file or you have to change the timezone of your account by going to tradesviz.com/accounts/settings and change the timezone of your account.

Click on the toggle with the sun/moon icon on the top right corner of your dashboard.
Click on the "Equity curve" sub-tab under "Summary" tab on the left side of your dashboard and click on "Add Transaction" under Transaction actions dropdown.
You can do this by going to tradesviz.com/accounts/tradingaccounts and then clicking on "Edit account details" and then selecting the preferred fees/commissions settings. Note that once changed, this will only take effect on future imports and will not affect current imports/trades. Go to tradesviz.com/accounts/settings, click on "Edit existing chart settings", select "Default" and then set your preferred chart settings. From now on, whenever you click "Add chart" in trade explore view, a chart with your preferred settings will be generated.
We do not import deposits/withdrawals from your broker. You need to add these manually in the Equity curve tab under Summary section of your dashboard. More info here: https://www.tradesviz.com/blog/deposits-withdrawls/
You can reset your account by going to tradesviz.com/accounts/tradingaccounts/ and clicking on "Clear". This will delete all your trades, executions, and imported data including notes, tags and images. Please note that this action is irreversible and you will lose all your data. Make sure to export your trades before resetting your account if you want to keep a copy of your trades. You can export your trades by going to tradesviz.com/import/ and selecting "Export/Manage" and then selecting "Existing Uploads".
You can delete your account by going to tradesviz.com/accounts/tradingaccounts/ and clicking on "Delete account".This will delete all your trades, executions, and imported data including notes, tags and images. Please note that this action is irreversible and you will lose all your data. Make sure to export your trades before resetting your account if you want to keep a copy of your trades. You can export your trades by going to tradesviz.com/import/ and selecting "Export/Manage" and then selecting "Existing Uploads".
Finally, please note that if you are in a free/basic account, you cannot remove the last/only trading account left. Instead, you can simply clear the account which is same as deleting and re-adding a new trading account.
To request for account deletion, please send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please note that this action is irreversible and you will lose all your data. Make sure to export your trades before requesting for account deletion if you want to keep a copy of your trades. You can export your trades by going to tradesviz.com/import/ and selecting "Export/Manage" and then selecting "Existing Uploads".
